Before I begin I just want to say that I used to be fit and skinny. Then at some point in life I did nothing but lie down on the bed drink alot of coke, eat alot of food (food like pizza,burgers,oily french fries and much more) and watch movies the whole day. If you do the math after a year of living like this you gain alot of fat (and by alot of fat I mean a triple chin). Finally when spring came and I wanted to go outside I realized that nothing would fit on me, I took a look in the mirror and didn’t recognize myself (I really looked like I was someone else).
After working hard to lose fat and succeeding I want to tell you guys how I did it. If you follow what I say you will for sure lose weight.
Warning: First I will tell you what not to do.
1) Don’t Fast
Never ever fast, You can’t become fit by fasting. Fasting will only kill your metabolism. If your metabolism is not functioning properly then you are doomed.
2) Never Eat More Than 2000 CALORIES A DAY
Everyone needs different ammount of calories. But one thing is for sure don’t eat more than 2000 calories a day unless your doctor tells you to.
Now I will give tips to burn fat.
1) NO SUGAR DIET
Consider sugar your number one enemy if you want to lose wieght really fast. I know people who were really fat, after they followed this diet they lost all their fat within a month. It’s simple here is what you do – Don’t eat anything that contains sugar no cakes, soda, candy etc. Even natural sugar with coffe or tea. Now you can still eat lots of foods like like bread, meat and more as long as you keep the 2000 calorie diet. With this diet you won’t even have to work out if you don’t want to. Just don’t eat sugar and see the results.
2) ALOT OF WALKING
Now I know this sounds silly but it’s true, for every hour you walk you burn at least 200 calories. So instead of using the elevator or using a car you can walk and burn fat (Walking is easier the working out). Try to walk as often as possible and you will see the results.
