iPhone is the most sold smartphone in the world and will be for a long time. The sales of iPhone had reached levels many cellphone companies only dream of. What’s the secret of iPhone? Well, I guess it’s just “iPhone”, that’s the secret. The combination of its design, quality, and the app store had made iPhone very attractive to people who like advanced smartphones. People will dig very deep just to find rumors for the next generation of technology such as Xbox 720, Playstation4 and the next iPhone.  Exploredia decided to show you some features of iPhone 5.

What will iPhone 5 look like?

DigiTimes claims that some of Apple’s manufacturing partners have leaked that the technology and consumer electronics giant has purchased upwards of 300 glass-cutting machines, which will eventually be provided to the makers of the iPhone’s glass displays. Apple apparently had to purchase these machines as the glass makers were reluctant to “commit investment to the purchase of glass cutting equipment due to the high capital involved,” according to the DigiTimes report. The source goes on to say that the machines are being stored at some of the various iPhone assembly plants until yields are sufficiently high enough to begin display cover production.

Apple may be looking to the curved glass displays to alleviate complaints that the iPhone is uncomfortable to hold against the face while talking on it. Other phones with curved glass, such as the Nexus S, and Samsung’s Prevail, have had excellent reviews from users. Reviewers and bloggers alike have noted that the displays have improved the look and feel of the handsets, but largely do nothing to change or enhance the quality of the display.

iPhone 5 Release Date?

The new iPhone 5 must ship sooner or later and, based on the most recent rumors going around the web, September 7 2011 might be that special day. It’s likewise anticipated that the iPhone 5 is going to ship together with iOS 5.

iPhone 5 OS

With Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference slated to begin June 6, rumors continue to fly around regarding the next iPhone and the next version of its operating system, dubbed iOS 5. An AT&T rep leaked to a customer that there won’t be a new iPhone in June or July – leading to speculation that a September launch was likely. In another incident, Verizon CFO Fran Shammo shared that they are expecting the next iPhone to be “world phone” capable – meaning it will have support for both GSM and CDMA network technology.
No matter what rumors come up – expect Apple to refuse to comment on them, or confirm or deny anything. Past history suggests that Apple will remain tight-lipped about the next iPhone until it’s ready to show it to the world – likely sometime this summer.

With their final press release, LulzSec, the hacker team known for breaking into Nintendo, Sony and even CIA’s website, has also released AT&T documents that reveal the company’s plans to extend their 4G LTE network in order to make it compatible with the much anticipated iPhone 5 and iPad 3. These two would be Apple’s first 4G products.

The 4G feature has been long desired by the iPhone users, and if Apple decides to surprise its customers by introducing 4G devices, then we should not only experience faster download speeds on our iPhone 5, but also better performance for applications that require internet to function, such as mobile TV, video conferencing and online gaming. The average download speed for 4G is between 3 and 6 Mbps, and T-Mobile currently doubled their average 10 Mbps 4G speed, so we are hoping that the next generation iPhone will be carried by T-Mobile also.

On the downside, customers that have 4G smartphones are complaining that they don’t have coverage everywhere, and the phone’s battery runs out very fast when they use the technology.

iPhone 5 Will Come Out Together With iPhone 4S

According to the latest rumors, iPhone 5 will go into production phase by the end of August. An analyst for Deutsche Bank is also affirming that Apple will in fact introduce two new phones this year, one of them being the iPhone 5, while the other one will be called iPhone 4S and will be an unlocked, cheaper version that will come with the option of a pre-paid voice plan. The analyst said that “with Nokia and RIMM (BlackBerry) struggling, the time is right for Apple to aggressively penetrate the mid-range smartphone market (i.e. $300-500 category) to dramatically expand its market share.”

Another analyst is saying that we won’t get an iPhone 4S, but instead we’ll have a smaller version of the iPhone, an iPhone Nano if you want, that will offer all of iPhone 4’s capabilities, but will sell for about $200 and won’t require a contract.

As always, these are all speculations, since Apple did not say anything official about a new iPhone, and we are sure that all of us are expecting September to come, so we can see if we will get an iPhone 5, an iPhone 4S, both, or none at all.

Dual LED Flash for iPhone 5

People looking for enhanced capabilities of their iPhone 4’s camera have considered applications like HDR Camera, True HDR and Instagram to improve picture quality. Let’s hope that the iPhone 5 owners will never have to depend on 3rd party applications to obtain a high-quality photo. The iPhone 5’s camera will have to compete with other top-rated cameras which are currently on the market. HTC, Nokia and Samsung introduced superior cameras for their top of the line smartphones. All own 8 MP cameras and work well outdoors and indoors.

Rumors have claimed that the iPhone 5 may bring considerable improvements in comparison to the existing iPhone 4 camera. Some of the improvements are the dual LED flash, an 8 MP rear-facing camera, and a front camera that will be used for video chat. The dual LED flash will provide additional brightness to images, and will allow you to use the phone like a real flashlight instead of using the white screen offered by several applications. This would be a significant enhancement from the existing iPhone 4 single LED 5-megapixel camera. The iPhone 5 will likely operate on Apple’s brand new iOS 5, whose September launch was announced this month.

Recently, Apple registered a patent that could enhance the picture taking experience. The patent is referred to as “Image Capture Device Having Tilt and/or Perspective Correction”. The forthcoming iPhone cameras could use various sensors, including the accelerometer and gyroscope, in order to determine an image shoot. The sensors will instantly make up for positioning as well as range, permitting images to come out flawlessly with minimum requirement for post-enhancing. Based on the patent, customers would be able to snap photographs inside a moving car, for example, and obtain sharp pictures.

iPhone 5 Specs & Information

1. Multi Touch Gestures
iOS 4.3 GM came with a feature named multi touch gestures. The feature enabled users in using only 4-5 fingers to perform several tasks (i.e. a 5 finger pinch would take you to the home screen). So it is the first most expected feature from iPhone 5.

2. Lack of Home Button
Users think that there is no need of a hardware home button when one can switch between the apps with just a 4 finger pinch! But it is a major hardware change; so I don’t think that Apple will do it.

3. 1GHz Dual Core CPU
We know that iPad 2 already features an A5 chip, so we can expect it from our iPhone 5 also. An A5 chip is a chip with 1GHz ARM Cortex A8 ( may be A9 also). According to Jobs, the A5 chip is 2 times faster CPU and 9 times faster GPU.

4. 512 MB Ram
iPad 2 has got the 512 MB Ram. So users are also expecting the same in their iPhone. But the chances of this change are very rare.

5. Availability of iPhone 5 from the First day of its launch
Either it is a case of iPad or of iPhone, users always want the availability of the white device from the first day of its launch. So it is also a most demanded feature of iPhone 5.
